In recent days, HTC has officially confirmed that next June 16 will reveal a new mid-range smartphone, called Desire 20 Pro. We already know a good part of the technical specifications about it, while for the design so far we have only been able to rely on an insignificant sketch. But now we have the first real photo.
Provided by the usual @evleaks, the image shows the front and rear parts of Desire 20 Pro: in the first case, given the display off, we cannot get an idea about the incidence of the frames, but it is possible to glimpse the hole in the upper left, for the front camera; the click of the rear instead, allows us to better understand what we can expect.

Although the photo is a bit ruthless, Desire 20 Pro seems to have been made in a plastic material which does not instill a feeling of particular care and value. The subtle finish oblique lines gives it a minimum of extra character, but the overall impression it is not the best. The fingerprint reader also helps to make it look dated, while the golden border that encloses two of the four photographic sensors seems a bit random. Of course, it will still be a mid-range device, but HTC had accustomed us to a completely different cure. We hope to be proved wrong by the official images in the presentation.
