Bob Marley, John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Aretha Franklin, Joe Strummer and Marvin Gaye: all behind the ‘Black Lives Matter’ banner. It is the new work in Rome by street artist Harry Greb.

“A month after the first mural calling for justice for George Floyd, Greb pays homage to the movement that is fighting for the fight against racism,” read a note. “I think – says the artist – that it is a cultural problem that affects everyone, not only the United States, and what better interpreters if not some great stars of the past, examples of talent and creativity but also of battles for equality and social dignity, an integration between artists “. The work is located on United States of America, in the Flaminio neighborhood, next to the mural by George Floyd.
