Coronavirus: Mumbai overcomes Wuhan – Last Hour

(ANSA) – NEW DELHI, JUNE 10 – India has registered in the
the past 24 hours, almost ten thousand new cases of positivity at the
Covid-19 (9,985), for a total of 276,583 infected, with 7,745
dead: are the data provided this morning by the Ministry of
Health.
The country thus becomes the fifth most affected in the world.
Mumbai alone has touched 51,100 cases, thus passing the
peak of Wuhan, the Chinese city where the infection started;
Maharasthra, the state of which Mumbai is the capital, is the most
hit across India, with over 90,000 positives.

An exponent of the ICMR, the Indian Institute of Health which the
government has entrusted the management of the infection, stated that
to date, across India, which has over one billion 350
million inhabitants, the tests carried out are just over 5
millions.
