There are 55 coronavirus victims in the last 24 hours in Italy, down from 60 yesterday. Such a low number of victims has not been recorded since March 2, when there were 52. In Lombardy on the last day 12 were registered, while yesterday they had been 19. The deaths thus rise to 33,530. The data were disclosed by the Civil Protection. In the autonomous province of Bolzano and in 7 regions there were no victims: Marche, Umbria, Sardinia, Valle d’Aosta, Calabria, Molise and Basilicata.
There are 408 patients admitted to intensive care in Italy, 16 less than yesterday. Of these, 166 are in Lombardy, one less than yesterday. On the other hand, 5,916 patients hospitalized with symptoms, with a decrease of 183 compared to yesterday, while those in home isolation are 33,569, with a decrease of 7798 compared to yesterday.
