There are two extraordinary procedures: one only enabling, the other also allows entry into the role. Let’s see the requirements and if it is necessary to have the 24 CFU

Paola writes

I graduated (old system) in modern foreign languages and literatures. I have been enrolled in the third tier school rankings since 2011. My competition classes are A-24 and A-25. I have five years of service including one specific for the competition class. I would like to participate in the extraordinary competition. So far, I have obtained only 12 of the 24 credits envisaged at the University of Macerata. I don’t think I will be able to finish the exams before the deadline for submitting applications. I would like to ask: can I apply for participation both for the qualification and for the role? are the tests for the two competition cases A-24 and A-25 distinct (English in the second grade and English in the first grade)? I thank you in advance for availability.

Extraordinary procedures

Enable: you must be in possession of the three years of service, even non-consecutive, carried out between s. 2008/09 and the 2019/20 school year on common place or support. The aspirant must also be in possession of the qualification valid for access to the required competition class (access degree or ITP diploma). For non-tenured teachers at least one year of service must have been carried out for the competition class for which you are competing. It is possible to choose only one competition class

Role entries / qualification: you must be in possession of the three years of service, even non-consecutive, carried out between s. 2008/09 and the 2019/20 school year on common place or support. The aspirant must also be in possession of the qualification valid for access to the required competition class (access degree or ITP diploma). At least one year of service must have been carried out for the class of competition for which you are competing. Valid service is only that carried out in state schools of I or II degree. It is possible to choose only one competition class

Ordinary procedure

The teachers participate, even on a permanent basis, which have the following requirements:

  1. qualification for the specific competition class;
  2. qualification to teach for different grade or class of competition with Degree of access to I and / or II degree to the specific class of competition (e.g. teacher qualified primary school or childhood with qualification of access to the required class of competition);
  3. qualification for access to the specific class of competition together with possession of the 24 CFU /

For the posts of technical-practical teacher (ITP) the requirement required until 2024/25 is the diploma of access to the class of upper secondary school (table B of Presidential Decree 19/2016 modified by Decree no. 259/2017).

Conclusions

The case of the colleague who does not have the 24 ECTS but still has the valid qualification and years of teaching in the specific class falls exclusively in the cases of extraordinary procedures. In fact, to be able to access ordinary ones, there is a need to have 24 ECTS (to be achieved by 31/7) if you do not have any qualifications.

The colleague can therefore participate both to the enabling procedure and to that for the role / enabling, with a clarification: must, for each procedure, choose only one class of competition. Of course, you can also choose a different region and a different competition class for each procedure: a region / class of competition (eg A24) for the qualifying procedure; a region / class of competition for the procedure for the role (eg A25).

On the other hand, he cannot participate in the ordinary procedure as he only has the admission qualification without the possession of the 24 CFU.
