The President of the Chamber Roberto Fico has announced two secretions of documents produced by the commissions of inquiry concerning the death of Emanuele Scieri it is the case Sindona. “During the Bureau,” he wrote at the end of the meeting on Facebbok, “we added significant elements on the issue of the decrees of acts of parliamentary committees of inquiry by continuing a work of which I am extremely proud”.

First of all, he writes, “we have declassified, allowing its use to the competent judicial authorities, some acts of the Commission of inquiry on the death of Emanuele Scieri, a young paratrooper from Folgore who died in mysterious circumstances in Pisa on 13 August 1999. It is three technical reports and nineteen audition reports. In this past legislature the Chamber has carried out a valuable investigation into this matter “. The President of the Chamber also specified that, “the judicial proceeding on the death of Scieri – reopened also thanks to the activity of the Commission that operated in the previous legislature – is still ongoing with some people under investigation. My heartfelt wish is that the story be reconstructed and clarity be made about what happened. ”

The other chapter is about the banker’s death Michele Sindona in 1986. “We also declassified 18 further documents coming from the Investigation Commission on the Sindona case. They will shortly be published on the portal of the commissions of inquiry. Documents – for a total of 985 pages – that all citizens will be able to consult freely and transparently “.
