Monte dei Paschi, controlled by the state, received 10,305 applications, plus another 2580 for the renegotiation of loans already guaranteed by the Confidi or other guarantee funds. 39 were admitted for the first type and none for the second.
Unicredit received 6520 applications, plus 1811 for the renegotiation of already guaranteed loans. For the first type loans, 2929 were accepted, but 504 disbursed. For the second type, those ac535 were read and 29 were provided. According to the replies provided to the Parliamentary Commission, Intesa Sanpaolo received 4446 questions, plus 653 others for renegotiation. Those issued or already approved but not yet paid are 1444 for the first type and 96 for the second category. Ubi Banca only provides the overall data: 1325 applications received, 96 accepted and just 20 issued.
Banco Bpm does better, where I amor instead 6000 requests arrived and of these 2734 have already been delivered. The total includes 1088 renegotiation practices. There is also Iccrea, which received 4156 applications and provided funds to 20 subjects. Total disbursed: 2 million euros, or 50 thousand euros per company on average.
Strong according to the document viewed, there are also discrepancies in the times: Unicredit ensures an “overall average of 7.8 days” from the application to the disbursement. Banco Bpm 8.5 working days on average, Intesa 11 calendar days, Ubi Banca indicates a fork between 10 and 25 days depending on the complexity of the practice while Iccrea estimates about 30 days.
The situation is better for loans up to 25 thousand euros, 100% guaranteed and for which, however, an almost immediate availability had been indicated by the presentation ofshe requests to disburse. 29,754 applications arrived at Mps, of which 13,589 were admitted for disbursement. Of these, however, 8528 are frozen and only 5061 granted. Time to get the funds: 5 working days. Unicredit accepted over 44 thousand applications out of the 57 thousand submitted and of these the ones actually delivered are just over 30 thousand. At the beginning of the request to delivery 11 days passed. Now the average is between 2 and 4 days. Intesa Sanpaolo received the most questions: almost 150 thousand. However, 44,492 are actually delivered, in an “average working time” of the 7-day practice. Ubi accepted almost all the applications received: 45.160 out of 45.868. Banco Bpm disbursed 474 million in total, for over 22 thousand applications out of the 41,432 received. Banco Bpm is also the only institution that has clarified the times: the resolution process took an average of 6.1 days in April and 3.1 in May, while the time from resolution to disbursement fell from 8.4 days on average to 5.4 days. Tail light Iccrea: compared to 32,226 applications submitted by customers, it disbursed 17 million in total for 820 files.
Abi, asked, refused to comment. Yesterday, the liquidity measures task force formed by Mef, Mise, Bankitalia, Abi, Mcc and Sace indicated the requests for a moratorium at 2.4 million and the guarantee requests for new loans in 480 thousand, without providing details on how many of these were actually paid.
