Dance floors closed and lights off, until the covid-19 is no longer afraid. It is one of the many problems triggered by the health emergency that exploded in late February. Even the managers of Controsenso, in via Dei Filergiti, had to deal with the pandemic, but they turned the problem into an opportunity. Filippo Zammarchi, Rocco Barcia, Cristiano Selvagio and Corrado Pilato did not lose heart: they did not sit at the first difficulty, but decided to put their hand in the wallet and invest in a new challenge: a take away pizzeria, also with home delivery.

“Ciliegino – Autentici Sapori” has found a home in Viale Alessandro Volta, and will open on June 8th. “We had in common the idea of ​​creating something new, original and authentic – explain the four, average age 27 years (the youngest are 24 years old and the big one in group 32) -. This is how we gave away to our little one project and believe in this adventure “. The entrepreneurs focus on the quality of the ingredients: “The dough will be made with selected flours that come from Sicily and we will use prominent products from the Italian territory. We want to guarantee a pizza that, once arrived home, has the same characteristics as the one just baked “.
