PlayStation Plus, June free games announced

PlayStation Plus today presented the free games reserved for subscribers for the month of June and, compared to the surprises and rumors of the past few hours, there were no big jolts.

At the command post it was confirmed Call of Duty WWII, whose inclusion was unexpectedly formalized on May 25 to celebrate Memorial Day in the United States.

The game has already been included in the subscription, so you can get it right away without waiting for it to update, as is traditional, the monthly lineup.

The second title that will be added only by June 2 will be, as leaked this morning through an advertisement that started too quickly on Instagram, Star Wars Battlefront II.

The Electronic Arts and DICE shooter has recently discontinued support in terms of updates and additional content but still counts on a vibrant multiplayer. It is the basic version of the game.

Furthermore, compared to the first chapter of the series restarted by the Scandinavian studio, it also presents a story mode created by Motive Studios and canonical – a gem for fans of the saga of Star Wars.

The two choices in June will be available for redemption until July 7th.

Users with a subscription still have a few days – until June 1 – to be able to redeem the May lineup, after which it will be the turn of these new entries.

The selection for the current month brought two titles with an unimaginable value as a dowry but which made them discuss for their very particular gameplay compared to the habits of gamers on consoles: Cities Skylines is Farming Simulator 19.

For June, Sony has opted instead for two shooters of sure effect on PS4, focusing on quality (that of Call of Duty WWII is one of the best single-player campaigns of the last few years of its kind) although giving up at least in part to the variety.
