NASA astronauts are aboard the Crew Dragon, but the unknown is the weather

AGI – NASA astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken are aboard the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft and now the eyes are on the weather.

The spacecraft – intended to bring humans back to space from American soil for the first time since the end of the Shuttle program nine years ago – is now retrying its launch to the International Space Station from the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

The unknown bad weather still weighs with 50% of the probability that the launch will be postponed to tomorrow: at the moment, the weather does not appear favorable but expects a possible improvement.

The first launch attempt, last Wednesday, did not take place precisely because of bad weather. The launch will also be attended by US President Donald Trump.
