Consecration – Among the guys who sweat with the adults, in view of the hoped for resumption of the championship, there is Luca Stanga. A 2002 class defender, who after a 2018/19 conditioned by a series of physical problems is experiencing the year of consecration at a youth level, capable of projecting it even within the first team. His history with the Rossoneri began at an early age, when he moved to Vismara just six years after his beginnings in the Cr 81 2000 Polisportiva in Credera, in the province of Cremona. The good draw in Milan has suffered a slowdown in the last season, due to various ailments that have prevented him from expressing himself continuously with the Under 17, still managing to reach the national quarterfinals before surrendering to the Rome runner-up Italy. Leaving behind physical problems, Stanga took off in 2019/20: three appearances with the Under 18 to warm up the engines, and then become the protagonist of the first experiences in the Spring, becoming one of the strong points of the team of mister Giunti, authentic dominator of Group A of the Primavera 2 championship.
On the field with Ibra – Stanga is a modern central defender, with excellent fundamentals both in marking and on a technical level. The first source of play for the team, which relies on its educated right to start the action from the rear, the 2002 class is highlighted also thanks to the reading of the trajectories and the timing in advance, characteristics that allow it to be felt its presence also in the aerial game. The speed on the long run allows him to be effective even in open ball situations, thus completing a defending profile already successful in relation to young age. Merit of an intelligence (football but not only, given the good school career) and a desire to improve above the average of the peers, as well as leadership skills that are recognized by virtue of the personality with which he moves on the field. To make a further qualitative leap, he will have to increase his communication and voice guidance skills in the backlog department. A step for which the experience with the first team will prove to be invaluable: measuring yourself with Ibrahimovic and companions is a first goal that is achieved, waiting to complete a youthful draw that could soon launch him towards football that matters.
