Green light to travel between regions from June 3

THE DATA ALLOW IT – It is now practically certain. From 3 June regional borders are reopened and free movement without restrictions or self-certifications from one Region to another, as required by the decree approved in mid-May (here to know more). The government’s decision came in late yesterday afternoon when Health Minister Roberto Speranza read the latest monitoring data with relief. And in the end, after a summit between Giuseppe Conte and the government forces, the latest analysis by the Istituto Superiore della Sanità was noted, according to which there is currently no critical situation in Italy regarding the coronavirus epidemic. .

UNDER OBSERVATION – And always Roberto Speranza pointed out that there are no reasons to review the reopening of travel, except that of course the scientific committee will continue to monitor the trend of the curve. In short, even if it is understood that everything is as always tied to the trend of the contagion curve (a sudden peak could freeze the situation), Tuesday 3 June the citizens will be given the go-ahead. The orientation of the executive also provides for the reopening of national borders for travelers from European countries. For all the other go-ahead from 15 June.
