During the shareholders’ meeting, the new Board of Directors was appointed, chaired by Cucinelli, who will remain in office until 2022. And the 2019 financial statements have been presented. Last year the company achieved net revenues of 607, 8 million euros, 9.9% up on 2018. Normalized net profit is 49.3 million, up 7.1% over 2018.
