Upon hearing about stage two, GPs are wrinkling their noses. They, among the main witnesses of what was the other phase – the hardest one, that of the thousands of deaths in a handful of days -, are still all about who goes there. Be careful to find and anticipate new outbreaks. But there is no doubt that something is happening in the field of family medicine, in this second phase of the epidemic: reports of patients preferring telephone consultations to appointments in flesh and blood, or who – for that malaise that does not let them sleep don’t worry – they prefer to be visited on Whatsapp instead of in the clinic.
