Coronavirus: US, 1,225 more dead – Last Hour


(ANSA) – WASHINGTON, MAY 30 – The United States has
recorded 1,225 new coronavirus deaths in 24 hours,
according to the Johns Hopkins University daily count.

This brings the total number of deaths to over 102,000
Country, by far the most affected by the pandemic. From the first
Covid-19 death announced in late February, the US
have recorded over 1.7 million cases. The experts, including
the immunologist Anthony Fauci, White House councilor,
however agree that these official reports
are underestimated.

Fourth consecutive day with over a thousand Covid-19 deaths
in Brazil: there are 1,124 victims in the last 24 hours. That
bring the balance in the South American country to 27,878, the fifth
tallest in the world. The Ministry of Health reveals it.

The number of new infections is also very high: 26,928, for one
total of 465,166 cases confirmed since the start of the pandemic.
