Coronavirus, mosques closed in Rome but the end of Ramadan is celebrated outdoors between thermoscanners and distancing – Repubblica TV

In Rome the mosques are closed until the celebration of the end of Ramadan, to avoid gatherings and spread of the infection. But some Muslims have decided to meet outdoors, such as those of the Tor Pignattara community, where the park has been transformed into an outdoor place of worship. A single entrance, with temperature measurement, contingent number of faithful and multiple turns of prayer to respect social distancing. Predefined places on the carpets, plastic bags to store your shoes during prayer and hand sanitizer, in order to comply with anti Covid measures.
