From June 2, all the spaces of the Museum System in the Municipality of Roma Capitale will reopen to the public. Also from 2, the archaeological areas of the Imperial Forums (entrance from the Trajan’s Column and exit from the Forum of Caesar on Via dei Fori Imperiali), from 8.30 to 19.15 (last entrance 18.15), and of the Circus Maximus (excluding Circus) Maximo Experience), from 9.30 to 19 (last admission 18). From today (May 29) it is possible to book the entrance and the time slot at 060608 or online on the website www.museiincomuneroma.it. For holders of the MIC card, booking at 060608 is mandatory and free. Restrictive measures therefore continue to be wiped out, while the contagion data in Lazio are constantly improving: yesterday, May 28, 21 positive cases in the 24 hours and a trend at 0.2%. The number of the healed increased by 97 units.
15.45; Regional bulletin: 16 new cases and 13 deaths
Today we record a figure of 16 positive cases in the last 24 hours with an outbreak immediately limited to Anzio and a trend at 0.2%. records of the healed and discharged who grew by 245 units (healed) and 218 units (discharged). In Rome, the lowest figure since the beginning of the emergency is recorded with three new cases. There have been 8 deaths to which are added 5 recoveries of notifications, while the total number of those recovered of 3,825 in total, comments the Lazio Region Councilor for Health, Alessio D’Amato. Activities for serological tests for health workers and law enforcement agencies continue. To date, the share of the 55 thousand seroprevalence tests has been exceeded with an incidence of 2.5% and thanks to the tests, 102 asymptomatic swab positives have so far been identified promptly.
1.00 pm: Sant’Egidio, 20,000 food packages distributed
The coronavirus emergency has doubled the number of poor people who asked Sant’Egidio for help. Numbers in hand, Paolo Impagliazzo, secretary general of the community, in a streaming video conference, explained that thirty percent more people approached the canteen in via Dandolo to have a meal; in Rome and the suburbs more than twenty thousand food parcels were distributed; the distribution of meals on the street to the homeless also increased during the lockdown period. Over a thousand new volunteers have helped. Distribution centers – explained Paolo Impagliazzo – also had many new poor people, people who worked in the tourism sector or people without a regular employment contract. We have not sent anyone back empty handed. When the city was closed, the doors of Sant’Egidio remained always open.

7 am: one million non-compliant masks seized
Over one million personal protective equipment does not comply with the product safety legislation discovered by the financiers of the Provincial Command of Rome in a warehouse in the Prenestino district.
