The issue of players’ wages, which owners would like to cut for coronavirus-related losses, involves several professional leagues. Aside from millionaire stars, 369 out of 899 players in the league earn around $ 600,000 a season.
8 am – Hockey, the Nhl starts directly from the playoffs
The National Hockey League is the first American professional league to announce the recovery. The season will start again in July behind closed doors, jumping directly to the playoffs, which for the occasion will be extended to 24 teams.
