8.15 am – Football, Austria: Lask violated the rules, loses 1st place

Lask Linz, leaders of the top division of the Austrian championship, the Bundesliga, relegated to second place and fined 75 thousand euros for violation of health regulations and for having resumed training before it was authorized. The sentencing took 6 points off the club. Lask has announced that it intends to appeal. According to footage received from the League, the team trained four times with a full team at a time when only groups of up to six players were allowed to fight the spread of the new coronavirus.
