At least as regards theEmilia Romagna, where the councilor for Health, Raffale Donini, has little doubt. “I have no reason to believe there are any restrictions,” he says on the subject during a video meeting with the press. “From the data we have – remember – the epidemiological step in Emilia-Romagna it is between 0.1 and 0.15%, moreover, it must not scare the number of infections, because almost all the positives we have identified in the last few weeks are asymptomatic and were detected following the serological after the appearance of the antibodies “.

And the president Stefano Bonaccini he added in front of the cameras of ‘La aria che tira’, on La7: “I hope everyone can reopen, because it means that the infections continue to fall, but it is not a decision that is up to me. On the method, I believe that the solution better is a shared decision without differences between Regions “.

Now, the councilor underlines again, “we are trying to discover others”, positive ones, “so the data of the infections must not weigh on the starting conditions, because in this way we avoid possible outbreaks”. We will notice all of this in a few days”, when we will see if the risky behaviors have translated into contagions. “We have to be careful not to restart the epidemiological curve. The task of all of us is to remind ourselves and others that there are behaviors that if observed significantly reduce the risk of contagion “.

The 10 rules to respect

1 – Keep at least a meter awayPhysical distancing is one of the safest ways to protect yourself and others. It is important to respect the distance with everyone, known and unknown, symptomatic and asymptomatic, with greater regard for the most fragile people (such as the elderly, immunosuppressed, heart patients).

2 – Wash your hands often: use soap and water (for at least 40 seconds) or rub your hands with a hydroalcoholic gel (for at least 20 seconds) taking care to thoroughly and thoroughly clean your hands. It is necessary to repeat the operation many times throughout the day, especially after handling objects touched by other people or potentially exposed to the virus.

3 – Don’t touch your face: do not touch your eyes, nose, mouth unless you have properly washed your hands. The less you touch your face, the more the chances of contagion are reduced. For this reason, for example, you should not touch your face after having put on the mask you are wearing.

4 – Wear i gloves only if necessary: hands, properly and frequently washed, guarantee superior protection compared to the use of gloves which, in addition to increasing the risk of contagion, become plastic waste that is difficult to dispose of. In everyday life, washing your hands often is safer than wearing gloves.

5 – The use of gloves, however, is always recommended for those who work in contact with sick people (for example, in hospitals, clinics, healthcare homes or home care) and in the food distribution sector (food, catering, canteens).

6 – Wear the mask: in Emilia-Romagna the use of a mask is mandatory (disposable surgical or washable fabric): outdoors if the distance of one meter cannot be maintained; in public places, including means of transport. Surgical or washable masks should be used.

7 – Wear the mask correctly: sanitize your hands before wearing it; always and completely cover your nose and mouth; do not touch the front part during use or to remove it; throw it away when it is damp or deteriorated; if it is washable, store it in a bag before cleaning it.

8 – Use the elbow crease when you are toxic or sneezing: if you have to cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose using the elbow crease and not your hand. The use of the hand favors the transmission of any germs to surfaces, objects or other people close to you.

9 – ventilates often the premises: frequently change the air in the premises where you spend time and prefer outdoor activities. In this way you breathe cleaner air and with a lower concentration of germs. Clean and disinfect surfaces: you can sanitize surfaces and remove the presence of germs, washing them with normal detergents and disinfecting them with products based on 70% ethyl alcohol or suitably diluted bleach (sodium hypochlorite 0.1%).

10 – In case of suspected contagion, stay at home and tell your doctor: if symptoms such as fever, cough, breathing difficulties, vomiting or diarrhea appear, or if you have had close contact with a positive person at Covid-19, immediately notify your doctor or medical guard and follow the instructions carefully.
