Coronavirus, Defilippi is cured: Gloria Rosboch’s killer returns to prison – La Stampa


TORINO. Gabriele Defilippi, coronavirus positive and consequently released from prison to spend the period of quarantine at house arrest, has come back behind bars now that his health has also improved significantly. When subjected to the swab, it tested negative for Covid.

The carabinieri of the Turin Borgo Dora station brought Defilippi back to prison, sentenced to 30 years in prison for murder, this morning. To decide for the return to Lorusso and Cotugno, the prison of the Vallette, it was the Surveillance Court of Turin, the same one that, on 7 April last, had decided the home detention for the 26 year old of Gassino Torinese.

The Surveillance Court writes that “on May 20, it was learned that, following the swabs carried out, the detainee had in the meantime become negative”. The reason for the immediate return to prison.

Defilippi was definitively sentenced last December for the murder of Gloria Rosboch, the professor from Castellamonte killed together with her friend, lover and accomplice Roberto Obert and then thrown into a cistern in Rivara, in the Canavese area, on 13 January 2016 .
