The rules for having fun in the summer

In a week we can go almost everywhere, but with caution. In the summer that knocks on the doors, we will have to get used to it to new rules that will allow us to live in freedom, yes, but without taking too many risks. The government and the regions have long since put stakes (distance between people and masks in public places, no gatherings, etc.), in this period it is up to the various mayors, with their respective ordinances, to give some clarity. The problem especially emerges in the evening, when young people are used to having fun. On this page we tell what the first citizens of Emilia Romagna and the Marche are doing. The gold ordinances, some common, others original, have been applauded or contested. but all are born for a common good to be safeguarded: to entertain without risk. It’s not easy, but we have to try. There is an image from the beginning of March that made the tour of Italy, published by Carlino himself: a square in Ancona full of young people celebrating. Those photos also arrived on the premier’s table. The story, or perhaps the legend, tells that after seeing those images, Conte decided to close Italy.
