In the third cause, 17 supported immunity, 12 opposed and one abstained. Voting was made on each cause of the three grounds for immunity.

In the first (substantial) request for immunity, 16 MKs supported: Yoav Kish, Nir Barkat, Mickey Zohar, Shlomo Qari, Keren Barak, Michal Shir, Ophir Katz, Kati Sheetrit (Likud), Michael Melchiali, Moshe Arbel (Shas), Eilat Shaked, Ofir Sofer (The New Right), Julia Malinowski, Oded Forer (Israel Beitano), Jacob Tesler, Uri Maklev (Torah Jewry). 10 MKs opposed: Committee Chairman MK Avi Nissenkorn and MKs Yoav Segalovich, MK Yael German, Orit Farkash Cohen, Eitan Ginzburg, Karin Elhahr (Blue and White), Mav Michaeli, Revital Sued (Labor Bridge ), Ofer Kassif (Joint List), Tamar Zandberg (Democratic Camp). 4 MKs abstained: Zvika Hauser, Michael Biton (Blue and White), Ahmed Tibi, Mansour Abbas (Joint List).

We note that the resolution requires the approval of the Knesset plenum. The immunity is valid for the current Knesset, the 22nd Knesset.

Recall that from 2005, when the law was changed, the Knesset Committee discussed only two Knesset members' request for immunity from criminal prosecution. MK Katz and MK Said Nafaa whose request was rejected.

In the past, there were only two cases in which the committee granted immunity to a Knesset member against prosecution, contrary to the request of the Knesset. This is MK Shlomo Lorentz in the Knesset and MK Avigdor Lieberman in the Knesset.
