Virus was detected in a newborn baby in Wuhan with a population of 11 million. It was also announced that the mother of the baby, who became the youngest case, also had a prenatal virus.
How the disease is transmitted to the newborn baby has not yet been determined.
QUARANTINE MEASURES ARE TIGHTENING
