Yesterday in ‘Latem Leven’ we saw a side of Valerie De Booser that we don’t get to see very often. A conversation with her business partner and friend Babs made emotions run high.
Babs met Valerie at VT4. There was an immediate click and Babs thought Valerie was a pleasant person. “You are very discreet,” she says to Valerie. “You will never say, ‘Here I am’”, Babs says at one point. “That makes people sometimes think that you are not saying hello.”
“When people get to know me better, they often get scared,” Valerie responds. “They didn’t think I was that soft. If you don’t know me, I seem like a tough woman. “
Lucky
However, Babs knows better and really sees Valerie as a huge help in her life. “If there is anything during the night, I know I will be able to call you. If there was something about me or the kids… It should cost what it costs, then you will be there. You are going to take care of me and take care of my children ”, it sounds.
To which an emotional Valerie: “It gives me tears. I have also benefited a lot from you recently. I didn’t know I was going to shed a tear here. That is not the intention. I hate that, ”she admits. “But if I have to think for a moment who you are, it makes me emotional.”
“I am so lucky to have you in my life in my life,” she continues. “That is actually something a person has to do more in his life; sit together and say what you like about each other ”, she concludes.
