10D, a venture capital fund led by Yahel Zilka, Ratam Eldar and Itai Rand, announces the raising of a fund of more than $ 110 million.
The fund, which has operated so far under the temporary name Horizon Ventures, focuses mainly on investments in the Seed and A phases.
Zilka has served as an investor, consultant, and board member, including at Waze.
Elder served as a board member and observer at Moovit, which was acquired by Intel.

Its portfolio companies include Seebo, which develops artificial intelligence technologies for industrial plants, StuffThatWorks, which produces a new medical-based database, DayTwo that provides customized dietary guidelines for lowering blood sugar, and other investments.
