10D, a venture capital fund led by Yahel Zilka, Ratam Eldar and Itai Rand, announces the raising of a fund of more than $ 110 million.

The fund, which has operated so far under the temporary name Horizon Ventures, focuses mainly on investments in the Seed and A phases.

Zilka has served as an investor, consultant, and board member, including at Waze.

Elder served as a board member and observer at Moovit, which was acquired by Intel.

Itai Rand joined the team while bringing from his experience in the venture capital funds 83North and Founders Group, as well as experience as a consultant at BCG.

Since its launch, 10D has managed to make 6 investments in various technology ventures. Its portfolio companies include Seebo, which develops artificial intelligence technologies for industrial plants, StuffThatWorks, which produces a new medical-based database, DayTwo that provides customized dietary guidelines for lowering blood sugar, and other investments.
