The last windmill of the Seamade Offshore Wind Farm off the coast of Ostend was installed this weekend. The windmills are located 50 kilometers off the coast between Ostend and Zeebrugge. Seastar and Mermaid (together called Seamade) consist of 58 windmills. They are the last parts of the large Belgian wind farm on the east side of the Belgian North Sea. 13 years after the first windmill, that park is now completely built up.
