At the height of the corona crisis, a change in the management of the H&O fashion group owned by the Livnat family. Yossi Malka has been appointed CEO of the group and will take the place of Amir Moshe, who has served as CEO of the group for the past eight years. Malka is expected to begin his role in early December.
Malka has a background in retail: from 2002-2010 he served as CEO of the retail division of the Honigman Group, in 2010-2012 he served as CEO of the YOOP fashion chain, and for the past eight years he ran a company that provided marketing consulting, franchises and sales to retailers and legal franchise.
The H&O Group employs over 1,000 employees and operates about 70 stores in Israel of H&O chains, Carters-Oshkosh and Reserved, with a total trading area of about 40,000 square meters. Ami Sagis serves as the group’s chairman.
