UEFA banned Manchester City from European trophies for 2 years

UEFA announced that Manchester City, one of the English Premier League teams, was banned from European trophies for 2 years on the grounds that it did not comply with the Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules, and the club was fined 30 million Euros.

In a statement made on the official website of UEFA, it was noted that the Manchester team that did not comply with the FFP would not be able to take part in the European cups in the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 seasons.

On the other hand, Manchester City has the right to appeal to the Sports Arbitration Court (CAS).
