Ashdod brought back former veteran Mark Talpsen, who played with the team last season. Tulips is on contract until the end of the season. Tulipsen (27, 2.06) returns to second term in Ashdod after being one of her outstanding players last season, scoring 20.4 points per game alongside 5.5 rebounds.
Despite his excellent season last year, Tulfsen did not find a team – and he will now be Ashdod’s fourth stranger, alongside Paul Stoll, Ike Ofibo and Lontay Hunton. Why only Wednesday? Because Eliza Johnson’s club heads will be released, as they were not going to list five strangers.
Prior to that, he played at Maccabi Rishon Lezion and provided 12 points, as well as 5.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. He will join the team in the coming days trying to leverage the victory over Hapoel Holon in the previous cycle for a succession as the next cycle awaits the Maccabi Haifa team.
Tulipsen is actually the third stranger to come to Brad Greenberg’s team during the season, and the second to return for another term after Stoll. In general, except for Donatee Hunton Ashdod, she replaced all three of her wreaths, which shows her poor preparation for the summer.
