The 3-cylinder 660 cc Euro 5 engine is compatible for driving with an A2 license
The design of the Street Triple has been thoroughly revisited. There are new dynamic LED direction indicators and the double headlight, a new windshield and the cover of the passenger seat in the same color, but there is also a new kit of bags resistant to water and with a quick coupling and release mechanism. Despite the mid-range, this is a bike well cared for in detail, with Arrow terminal, the license plate holder and the heated grips with internal wiring. The original equipment tires are Pirelli Diablo Rosso III high performance, which rest on Showa suspension.
The 3-cylinder engine meets the Euro 5 standard. Develop a peak of power of 70 kW (95 HP) and the maximum torque of 66 Nm at 9,250 rpm ensures brilliance and liveliness from medium to low revs. But as mentioned Triumph also offers it weakened to 35 kW (48 HP) for those who only have an A2 license. Very interesting is the adoption of new electronic gearbox for uphill and downhill Triumph Shift Assist. Two driving modes – Road and Rain – and ABS with double front disc and single rear disc as standard, plus adjustable Traction Control.
The new Triumph Street Triple S 2020 is offered in Crystal White livery, with Diablo Red and Black graphics, badge on the black tank and black rear frame. Definitely intriguing the price, starting from 8,500 euros, ex-dealer included.
