EXPECTATION OF INTEREST DISCOUNT FROM TRUMP
Calling the bank to cut the interest, US President Donald Trump said yesterday on his social media account that the Fed should lower the interest rates to compete with other countries that are much lower, after which they will focus on paying debt and refinancing. Analysts stated that Fed officials stated that there is a 12 percent probability of interest rate cut expectations, and that they predicted that the bank will continue to follow the “wait-and-see” policy regarding interest after the recent positive macroeconomic data.
The Fed should get smart & lower the Rate to make our interest competitive with other Countries which pay much lower even though we are, by far, the high standard. We would then focus on paying off & refinancing debt! There is almost no inflation-this is the time (2 years late)!

While 95 out of 108 economists participating in the Reuters survey expect the Fed to keep interest rates stable this week, JP Morgan analyst Michael Feroli said this meeting will be “one of the most uneventful meetings in recent years”.
WHAT HAPPENED IN 2019?
The Fed had cut interest rates for the third consecutive year in 2019 at its meeting in October last year. The data released since the Fed’s last policy meeting in December did not change the expectations that the US economy will continue to grow around 2 percent this year and the unemployment rate will remain stable.
