Trump will be accused of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress: the first accusation refers to the pressure he made in the summer on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to open an investigation into Joe Biden, his possible opponent in the 2020 presidential elections, in order to obtain material with which to put him in difficulty; the second concerns the attempts that Trump has made to hinder the investigations into the impeachment trial, carried out above all by the Democrats, essentially refusing to cooperate.
Nadler: "President Trump engaged in unprecedented, categorical, and indiscriminate defiance of the impeachment inquiry. This gives rise to the second article of impeachment, for obstruction of Congress. Here, too, we see a familiar pattern in President Trump's misconduct." https://t.co/ihJ0o5PjNo
