Weather forecast, non-stop weather on Italy: two more violent cyclones during the week [MAPPE e DETTAGLI]

Forecast – Italy leaves a strong weekend bad weather: among the main cities, i 135mm of rain fallen in Viterbo, i 118mm fallen in Bologna, i 111mm in Arezzo and again 95mm in Pisa, 92mm in Florence, 88mm in Grosseto e 86mm in Caserta. But it is in the areas of hills and mountains that it rained the most, on the Tyrrhenian side of the central / northern Apennines and above all in the eastern Alps, between Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. In particular, in Friuli Venezia Giulia they fell 545mm rain at Malga Valine, 513mm in Tolmezzo, 458mm to Sella Chianzutan, 442mm to Enemonzo, 441mm in Tramonti di Sotto, 432mm in Forni di Sotto, 385mm to Barcis, between Veneto is Trentino Alto Adige 311mm in Tonadico, 294mm at Cencenighe Agordino, 250mm in Fonzaso, 238mm in Mezzano, 220mm in Folgaria, 214mm in Lavarone, 201mm in Vallarsa, 189mm in Predazzo.

The most serious consequences are the floods of the rivers of the North and of the central Tyrrhenian regions (exceptional that of the Arno, which had never been so big in the last 25 years), avalanches and snow damage in South Tyrol and on Dolomiti. Other damages were caused by the strong wind, mainly of sirocco, and the storm surges that literally devastated some coasts from the Tyrrhenian to the Adriatic, with high water from Venice to Trieste.

Unfortunately it is not over here: during the week two more cyclones will cross our country, the first between Monday evening and Wednesday morning, the second one during the weekend of Saturday 23 is Sunday 24 November. The extreme phenomena will begin to hit Liguria in a very violent manner, with strong storms, on Monday evening, then extending Tuesday 19 November to all of Italy. Once again we will have abundant snowfalls in the North / East, torrential rains on most of the country and in particular on the Tyrrhenian regions, fast but intense thunderous storms in the South and strong cyclonic winds.

In the next few hours we will publish on MeteoWeb all the details with the areas most affected by the first deterioration arriving on Monday evening, after a day of respite and bright spells.
