Close on VAT numbers in the last draft of the Budget Bill. Confirmed the posts at flat rate for VAT up to 65 thousand euros and exclusion from the flat tax for those who pay compensation to employees and staff over 20 thousand euros gross per year and for those who, in addition to self-employment or entrepreneurial activity, also receive an income from employment or retirement higher than 30 thousand euros.
The most 'heavy' stake is that on the prohibition of accumulation for those who have other income from employment or similar higher than 30 thousand euro, which is worth 593.8 million in 2021 and 350 million in 2022.
With the stop at the flat tax above 65 thousand euros, which was due to start in 2020, the State 'saves' 154 million in 2020, but as much as 2.5 billion in 2021 and 1.5 billion in 2022 when the rule was fully implemented.
It will not trigger instead the obligation of electronic invoicing, as initially hypothesized to restrict the range of the facilitated tax regime, but a reward mechanism is envisaged for those who choose the e-bill for all transfers of goods or services performed.
Maximum freedom even in 2020 for those who decide to make investments for their business.
