A 79-year-old man was stabbed in the throat while he was in the underground car park of the San Raffaele hospital in Milan, on floor -1. The attacker is Antonio Cianci, convicted of 60 years, who in October 1979 killed three carabinieri in Melzo (Milan). Matteo Salvini spoke out strongly on the subject.

Elder stabbed for little money and a cell phone: reconstruction
The episode, reports the reconstruction of the ANSA, took place around 6 pm on Saturday. Antonio Cianci, a life sentence, had obtained a premium permit one day from prison.
He would have approached the 79-year-old to ask for money, and, after the elder's refusal, stabbed him with a cutter, taking it away little money and the phone.
The detainee was stopped by police officers a few minutes later, near the Cascina Gobba underground, with the bad pants and the weapon still dirty in the pocket. The victim, hospitalized in severe conditions at the San Raffaele, would not be in life threatening.
He killed a man at 15 and 3 at 20, sentenced to life imprisonment
Antonio Cianci, originally from Cerignola (Foggia), aged 15 killed a night watchman in Segrate. Filled for mental incapacity, he served 3 years of reformatory. Five years later, the night between 8 and 9 October 1979, Ansa recalls, he was stopped by the Carabinieri, in a checkpoint between Liscate and Melzo, aboard astolen car.
While the military controlled his documents, Antoni Cianci opened fire with an automatic pistol, killing the marshal Michele Campagnuolo, the appointee Peter Lia and the carabiniere Federico Tampini.
After the arrest, the man he didn't confess. And indeed he reported that the soldiers of the Melzo station had been shot by unknown persons aboard a car. At the trial in the first instance he was sentenced to thelife sentence, confirmed in Appeal in 1983.
During the last second degree sentence, Antonio Cianci confessed the massacre with one letter to the judges. The sentence was also confirmed in the Cassation. Forty years later, he served his sentence at the Bollate prison, from which he received a one-day award.
