At the expense of the concessionaire – "who must use the premises exclusively for the purposes indicated in this notice "- all the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance costs and those of custody remain. Furthermore, whoever acquires the premises cannot change the intended use or make an irregular use of it, as well as sub-grant it all or in part, with or without consideration. Then again: "The Concessionaire undertakes to stipulate the concession agreement with the State Property Office and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. All expenses relating to the stipulation of the concession deed, including stamp duty and registration, are the responsibility of the Concessionaire ".
