"Review the feasibility study" "

Palazzo Marino's response to the clarifications requested by the clubs

New developments regarding the issue related to the construction of the new stadium in Milan. Football and Finance reports how Palazzo Marino has responded to Inter and Milan on the clarifications requested by the two clubs last week: "As reported by the ANSA, the clarifications concerned in particular the projects on the future of Meazza and the question of a hypothetical historical constraint on the existing stadium by the Cultural Heritage. The administration reiterated in the letter, to what we learn, the full and immediate availability to meet the companies, also to understand the nature of the possible sporting functions of the Meazza.

As for the bond on the San Siro, the Municipality has informed the teams that they have written to the Superintendency in recent days to verify the issue and that they will be given updates when the answer arrives. In addition, the Municipality stressed that the feasibility study presented by the teams on the construction of the new stadium should be reviewed, with the prediction of the reduced dimensions and the re-use of the Meazza, to understand the effects from the point of view of the financial plan, already considered deficient by the conference of services. Finally, Palazzo Marino specified that there are no legal restrictions regarding the timing for redefining the feasibility study and for the presentation of the final project ”.
