Moto2 and Moto3 drivers and teams at work in these two days on the Valencia track. The chronicle of the first day.
First day of testing in Valencia for the Moto2 and Moto3 drivers, this time without rain, unlike what happened in Jerez. From 10:00 to 17:00 the pilots were able to start working for the next season, with various new faces on the track, confirmations, team changes. One of the rookies on the track for the intermediate category was Aron Canet, at the first contact with the Speed Up of Angel Nieto Team. A novelty also for the new boxing partner, Hafizh Syahrin: both, however, have already shown their appreciation for the new bike. We then also saw Augusto Fernandez with the new EG colors 0,0 Marc VDS, in 2020 Sam Lowes boxing partner. Because of this sudden change, Hector Garzo was on the track with the bike left free by Fernandez.
The Spaniard is the special observer, to understand if Lorenzo Baldassarri will be able to work with him in 2020. The debut with the Gresini team is for Nicolò Bulega and Edgar Pons, at the first contact with the KALEX of their new team. First Moto2 rider exit for Marcos Ramirez. At Jerez it was the turn of boxer Joe Roberts, despite the rain, while this time he too was able to get to know the new American Racing Team bike.
We now highlight some of the Moto3 drivers on the track. In action both VNE Snipers Team guys, namely the confirmed Tony Arbolino and the newcomer Filip Salač. Red Bull KTM Ajo presented himself with his completely renewed line-up, now composed by Raul Fernandez and Kaito Toba. Also Estrella Galicia 0,0 on the track. Ryusei Yamanaka was the first official MotoGP rider, while Sergio Garcia crashed twice, without any consequences.
