Osio Sotto, the canal where the man fell
He fell into a canal without being able to climb back up to the bank and remain in cold water for two hours before being saved. It happened Thursday 7 November in Osio Sotto: the man – 43 years old, from Valle Seriana – once he was rescued was taken to the Policlinico San Marco in Zingonia in a hypothermic state. The 43-year-old – they rebuilt the Treviglio police – was going to the Policlinico for a visit. Arrived in Via Ciserano, he decided to park and walk along the cycle and pedestrian path, which allows you to reach the hospital. At one point, however, he stopped to pee and so he went to the edge of the canal, falling into the water: he stayed there for two hours, until a passer-by saw it and gave the alarm.
