Genoa – Negotiations between Carige and the trade union organizations continue on the details of the agreement relating to the plans of the 800 voluntary departures planned between now and 2023. The hypothesis under discussion would predict approximately 680 voluntary exits covered by the redundancy fund bankers, about twenty with a share of 100 is one hundred so-called "physiological" outputs within the next 4 years. This last group regards employees who are leaving voluntarily for personal reasons. The estimate is based on a trend already in place because in 2019 the workers who left the company due to personal choice were over 60.
The negotiation is still ongoing and will continue until the agreement is reached.
