People shout: "Bologna does not bind"; "We are all anti-fascists" and sings "Bella Ciao", even the very young. "The resistance in Bologna is still alive", says Tiziana, Carla, Oriana and Morena, four indomitable ladies who explain: "Bologna is anti-fascist, we will vote Bonaccini. Here the left has always governed well. Our city has always treasured the values ​​of hospitality and solidarity. We say 'no' to racism, xenophobia and even the incompetence of the League and we are free, we do not need Salvini to free us ".

"We do not give up – says Tiziana – my father was a partisan and the Bolognese resist ”. One of the organizers takes the floor: "This is real life – he says -. It's Bologna. Democracy is under attack but Let's not pretend that something changes if we don't even raise a finger ”. "Our opponents – shouts – play dirty, have rivers of money that nobody knows where they come from and poison the democratic life of the country on social media. The appeal of us ‘poor four christs, however, he achieved results that Salvini considered impossible and all in six days. We are more than them ". The crowd applauds them and again chants the slogan "We are all anti-fascists".

"We decided to participate – explain three young friends, Dea, Valentina and Simona – when no one shows more than these times, in such a violent moment, to a non-violent initiative, to oppose Salvini's communication model. The square is still there, there is still resistance and we will protest again, even if like sardines ”. At around 9:30 pm, the protesters disperse not before meeting at the next protest.
