Armani wins the tender for one of the last spaces rented in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan. This morning the designer's brand won the ex-Tim space for 24 million euros a year. For the first time Palazzo Marino has chosen the auction formula with a relaunch for the Gallery: 50 thousand euros every 3 minutes. The starting price was 670 thousand euros a year and two of the three contenders remaining in the race fought until the end to win one of the most precious showcases near the Octagon. The remaining contenders were precisely Armani, Prada and Tod's after the jeweler Damiani had been excluded in the technical phase. Tod's did not participate in the raises and therefore the two designers, who already have important views of the Octagon, have been seen. Space that is proving to be a gold mine for the coffers of Palazzo Marino. Thanks to the tender method at the end of 2019, the City should collect thanks to the 40 million Gallery: in 2011 there were only eight. In 2020, 24 spaces will be banned in the Gallery, a third of those between the Ottagono and the surrounding streets. By the end of the year the space currently occupied by Stefanel remains to be assigned. Four offers had arrived for the Tim space.
