With Watson as headline, the U17 beat Canada friendly


The Argentina U17 national team beat Wednesday 2 to 1 to Canada, in a friendly preparation for the World Cup to be played in Brazil.

The hitch of Cordoba Franco Watson, of Institute, was a starter in this team led by Pablo Aimar.

Lucas Varaldo and Lautaro Ovando scored the goals of the national team against the Canadians.

The 11 of Argentina formed with Federico Losas; Tomas Lecanda, Francisco Flores, Kevin Lomonaco and Juan Pablo Krilanovich; Martin Bellotti, Franco Watson, Santiago Simon and Facundo Farias; Lucas Varaldo and Franco Orozco.

This Saturday, the U17 will play a friendly against New Zealand at the Student Stadium in Buenos Aires, at 15.30.
