The Guarantee Fund will not be able to refund everything to the clients.
A little over two weeks ago, the world of tourism was undergoing an unprecedented earthquake. Thomas Cook, the world's oldest tour operator, announced the bankruptcy of his parent company in England. A loss that would have a snowball effect for many of its subsidiaries, including Belgium. Between the repatriations and the maintenance of certain stays, the 10,000 Belgian customers affected have seen all the colors.

Fortunately, our country has legal means to enforce the rights of travelers, including through the Guarantee Fund.
