The legal battle between Najila Trindade and Neymar continues: the new denunciation of the model against the soccer player


The Brazilian model Najila Trindade He said that Neymar published his intimate photos to "take revenge" and "humiliate her" publicly after filing the complaint in which he accused the Paris striker Saint-Germain of rape and was filed for lack of evidence.

Trindade testified at a police station in Rio de Janeiro to respond in another separate piece of the case, in which the star of the Brazilian national team is investigated for disseminating in the social networks private conversations and photos that he exchanged with her to defend himself from suspected violations.

"It was an obvious crime he committed, from exposure, to humiliate me, to take revenge", the model told reporters after her interrogation with the police that lasted for about 40 minutes.

According to her, at no time "authorized" the disclosure of these messages " and "never imagined" that Neymar "was capable of doing such a thing."

The investigation began last June from a video that Neymar disclosed in their different social media profiles in which he admitted that he maintained consensual relationships and flatly denied that he had committed a crime of rape.

To prove your innocence, he published all the thread of conversations he had with Trindade, including intimate photographs of her. Neymar's lawyers argue that it was not the player who published the messages with the model on social networks, and that he was actually one of his advisors.

The disclosure of that video came a few hours after the complaint was announced who presented the model against Neymar in which he accused him of having raped her in a hotel in Paris on May 15.

The complaint was filed last month by the Brazilian Justice, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, which alleged lack of evidence and some contradictions in the version of the alleged victim.

Regarding this complaint against him, the model commented that "There is no evidence" and he stressed that he suffers "prejudices due to being a woman". "There is no respect, I was mistreated, humiliated. Today I understand why women shut up. It's quite difficult. I'm being very strong, because it's something that hurts me, as a woman, as a mother and as a daughter," he told reporters.

He also said that "has no life" since she was involved in this scandal and that he is trying to rebalance himself emotionally. "I'm just worried about taking care of myself, being emotionally and physically well, taking care of my son, because my family is very affected," he added.
