The actor and former governor of California (2003-2011), Arnold Schwarzenegger, believes that the US president, Donald Trump, is "in love with him" and wants to be like the interpreter of the saga "Terminator".
In an interview with Men's Health magazine, published today, the actor responded in this way by being asked about his relationship with Trump, with whom he has maintained a tense relationship since Schwarzenegger supported during the last Republican primary to John Kasich
"I think he's really in love with me. That's the reality with Trump, he wants to be me," the actor replied.
In the interview Schwarzenegger stressed that when he coincided with Trump in events of "past times" such as "wrestling matches", the current tenant of the White House "He always admired people with good bodies" and with talent for the show.

Curiously, the life of Trump and Schwarzenegger have an obvious parallel, as both stood out in the entertainment industry before making their leap to politics: The first as president of the United States. and the second as governor of California, the most populous and wealthiest state in the country.
In addition, the two politicians presented different seasons of the television show "The Celebrity Apprentice", which was originally led by Trump, who left the post to focus on his election campaign while criticizing the poor audience results obtained since 2017 by Schwarzenegger, his substitute on the small screen.
"I always complain that Trump is not able to stop being Trump and become president," he said.
"Well, the reason I say this is because I saw that in me, that I wasn't able to pass from Arnold to governor," he added. "I was still trapped like Arnold."

Trump's actor and militancy partner, since they both belong to the Republican Party, explained that "things always come out", so he opened up in fame and then felt he could do the same in politics.
