Time is assassin: what audience for the launch of the TF1 series with Mathilde Seigner and Zoe Marchal?

After a film-lover's summer on Thursday when TF1 favored comedy, TF1 changed gear with a new thriller, Time is assassin, adapted from Michel Bussi's eponymous novel released in 2016. This Thursday, August 29, two of the first six episodes were proposed.

The plot, mixing a heterogeneous cast with confirmed actors like Mathilde Seigner and Yves Rénier, in indestructible law, and novices like Jenifer and Zoe Marchal, zigzagged between the year 1994, year of the car accident in which the heroine lost her parents, and 2009, year when it returns to Corsica, island on which the drama took place. Jenifer's character undoubtedly intrigued Internet users and viewers with a close-up of the accident where she appears bloodied.

No competition for TF1

The very first episode brought together 5.31 million French people, for a market share of 26% among those aged 4 and over. The suspense – for those who have not read the book – has been quite good bill since the A has retained a majority of the public for the second installment of the evening, followed by 4.76 million viewers, representing 26.3% in market share. The evening brought together 31% of housewives and 28% of 15-24 year olds.

TF1, a small level in recent weeks on Thursday night, has clearly dominated the competition by winning in front of Beijing Express (M6) and The forest (France 3) with more than double the program that precedes it.
