Monday, on the occasion of Labor Day, businesses and institutions will change their schedules. Overview of what will be open or not.
Several Montréal offices will be closed on Monday, September 2, including borough offices, Accès-Montréal offices and various points of service. The municipal court and its points of service will be as well.
The offices of the Government of Canada and Quebec will be closed, as will Canada Post offices, banks, shopping centers and supermarkets.
The SQDC will also be closed on Monday.
Small grocery stores, public markets, pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants and gas stations will be open.
The branches of the SAQ Express will be open, except those located in a shopping center.
Several services, shops and resorts will open their doors according to the schedule of the weekend, same thing for the different bus routes.
The many sports and cultural facilities, such as arenas, swimming pools, sports centers, tennis courts, libraries and cultural venues, have a varied schedule depending on the district. The public is invited to communicate directly with the staff of the affected premises before traveling.
Automated payment terminals remain paid. Parking signs must also be respected at all times.
