<p style="margin:0in 0in 10pt">The Indianapolis Colts have invited quarterbacks Matt Cassel, Brandon Weeden and Brock Osweiler to take part in the trials, reports NFL Network&#39;s Ian Rapoport.

The Colts have been looking for a substitute quarterback since Andrew Luck announced his retirement early. Jacoby Brissett has since been confirmed in his quarterback position.

The other two quarters in the Colts are Phillip Walker and Chad Kelly, both of whom have very little experience in the NFL. Walker never took part in a game, while Kelly is suspended for the first two games of the season.

Cassel has played two games in 2018 with the Detroit Lions and has been a substitute quarterback with the Tennessee Titans from 2016 to 2018.

Weeden has not thrown a pass since 2015, when he played for Houston Texans and Dallas Cowboys in the campaign.

Osweiler has seven seasons of experience in the NFL. He first played for five years with the Denver Broncos before making stops in Houston and the Miami Dolphins for the past two years.
